How do I access the lessons?
The Crash Course is hosted on our own learning platform. It is accessed via thefacepaintclub.com website - note that it is not accessed via our Face Paint Shop Australia website. We also offer an app for iphone or android. That means, you can use a smart phone, tablet, computer or laptop to access the course. A reliable internet connection is essential

Does the course include a kit?
No. The course does not include a kit. However, we do offer the course for free with many of our face paint kits. That is, when you purchase one of our face paint kits or bundles, we will add the course to your cart for $0
How long does it take to complete the course?
Most students complete our Crash Course within a few hours. However access to our learning platform is for a full 12 months so students can take their time, or go back and review lessons as needed. Even after the course is completed, students can continue to review lessons if needed, anytime during the year.
Do I get a Certificate? What happens after the course is completed?
When the course is completed by a student, we will offer a Certificate. There are no exams, however, all lessons must be marked as completed. You will also be offered the option to upgrade to access additional lessons and resources, and our supported online learning community. Additional resources are available for small monthly subscription and a free trial is offered.
How long will I have access to the course? Is it forever?
Students will have access to the Crash Course for a full 12 months from the date a student account is created.
If, after 12 months, you require extra time to access the course, we offer the option to continue with a membership. The cost is just a few dollars per month and can be cancelled anytime.
We don't offer lifetime / forever access.
We hope you agree that promising lifetime access is neither practical or reasonable for a low cost course.
What is lifetime anyway? 25 years?! You should be sceptical of any course that promises lifetime access!
We guarantee you'll have access for 12 months and if you need extra time, you can opt for a monthly membership. Simple. Fair, and transparent.
How will I know my time is due to expire?
We send automated reminders when access is due to expire.

Yes. After you complete your purchase, we will email you an invitation link and instructions explaining how to get started. This link will be active for 30 days.

If the recipient isn't able to register within 30 days (for example you purchase as a gift for a date some time in the future), then please reach out and our friendly team will assist to provide you with a new invitation link.

What is the refund policy on this course?
If you purchase this course and find that you don't enjoy learning how to face paint, you can request a no questions asked full refund within 30 days of your start date.

I'm not an artist - can I really do this?
You don't need to be an artist to enjoy face painting. Sure it helps, but like any skill, we all start as beginners. If you are willing to put in the effort to learn the basics, take time to practice, and you use quality tools and materials, I believe that almost anyone can be a great face painter.
