Spirit Gum is a cosmetic adhesive (glue) for attaching costume prosthetics such as moustaches, wigs, beards, as well as special effects prosthetics. Spirit Gum has been used in theatre productions since the late 1800s.

How to use:
Apply with a brush in a thin layer, allow to become tacky on both skin and appliance Remove by soaking cotton ball in Spirit Gum Remover and gently massage area where the appliance is. Gradually pull the appliance away from the skin

Additional Information
Theatrical hair: Using a brush, apply spirit gum to clean, dry skin and wait a few seconds until spirit gum starts to dry. Tap area gently with fingers until gum feels tacky, The tapping will speed up the process. Apply theatrical hair in seconds, beginning with the lowest layer first, then working your way up in layers. Hair should not be combed. Use fingers to gently style once spirit gum is completely dry.
Prosthetics: To apply prosthetics, start by loading the brush with spirit gum. Apply product to clean, dry skin and wait a few seconds until gum begins to dry. Apply a small amount of spirit gum to the underside or inside of the prosthetic. Tap skin area gently with fingers until gum feels tacky. The tapping will speed up the process. When both the skin and the prosthetic feel tacky, apply prosthetic to skin surface. hold in place until spirit gum dries.
To remove:
Before removing prosthetic or hair, follow these instructions. Never pull on the prosthetic or hair to remove. Instead, gently massage the area with a cotton ball or swab soaked in the removing solution. Let remover soak into the gum for a minute or two to loosen it. Gently wipe away any residue left on skin with additional clean cotton balls soaked in remover. Repeat as needed. Wash with mild soap and warm water.
